This website is an information page for ASTRA by Sabby. It describes the consultations offered and gives you a way to get in touch. That is its entire purpose.
2. Nothing is sold on this website
No products or services are sold, booked or paid for through this website. There is no shopping cart, no checkout, no payment gateway and no online booking system. Nothing on these pages constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, or a binding quotation.
Every consultation is arranged personally. When you contact us on WhatsApp we will discuss what you are looking for, what is involved, availability and fees, and any engagement is agreed directly between you and ASTRA by Sabby at that point. Please do not send payment of any kind on the basis of this website alone.
3. Eligibility
Consultations are intended for persons aged 18 or over. If you are contacting us on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you are entitled to share their information with us.
4. Appointments
Appointments are made, rescheduled and cancelled by agreement over WhatsApp or telephone. Consultation hours are 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and visits to the studio are by prior appointment only. Any arrangement regarding fees, rescheduling or cancellation is the one agreed with you directly, not anything stated on this website.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information for your consultation, and to use this website lawfully. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the website, to copy it for competing purposes, or to use its contents commercially without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
The ASTRA by Sabby name and mark, and the text, photographs and design of this website, belong to ASTRA by Sabby unless stated otherwise. You may view and share the pages, but you may not reproduce or adapt them for your own commercial use without permission.
7. External links
This website links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
8. No guarantees
The guidance we offer is traditional and interpretive in nature. We do not promise any particular result, and nothing on this website should be read as such a promise. Please also read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
This website is provided as it stands, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its contents. Nothing in these terms excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Haridwar, Uttarakhand shall have jurisdiction.
